Accommodation Conditions
- A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total accommodation charge is required to book and confirm any hotel reservations at the Mahogany Inn.
- The balance of the accommodation charge is payable on check in.
- We require your credit card number as security when staying at the Mahogany Inn to cover any incidentals charged to your room during your stay.
- Any amounts charged to your room will be payable on check out. If check out occurs before office opening hours, the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
- Mini Bar purchases are payable on check out. If check out occurs before office opening hours, the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
- If you do not have a credit card, $100.00 security bond is payable on check in with full refund (less any charges) payable to you on check out.
- The Mahogany Inn is a non-smoking establishment. If smoking occurs in your accommodation suite you will be charged at least one nights additional accommodation to allow for airing of your room or until the room is deemed free from smoke and suitable for further guests to stay.
- Any damages to your room or any losses will be charged to your account.
- Lost keys or power tabs will incur a $100 charge.
- These conditions apply to group bookings and the person who has booked the accommodation is responsible for all charges unless individual’s details and credit card numbers are supplied
- Check in time: 2pm – Check out time: 11am
Cancellation Policy
- No refund of your 50% deposit is payable once an accommodation suite has been booked.
- Booking Time - 48 hours: The balance of your accommodation will not be charged; however your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your accommodation within this time.
- 0-48 hours: The balance of your accommodation is payable in full and will be charged to your credit card if you cancel your accommodation within this time.
